Write for us
Lively Wellbeing Guide welcomes pitches that bring a fresh, well-defined angle to ordinary wellbeing: attention, rest, transitions, routines or surroundings. Send proposals through the Contact page; an idea is not a promise of publication.
What makes a strong pitch
Describe the subject, the reader question and the central point you would make. A good pitch is specific enough to distinguish itself from familiar advice, useful without specialist credentials and careful not to promise a result that cannot be supported.
The shape of a piece
We are interested in clear explainers, thoughtful comparisons, cultural or historical context and practical observations that readers can consider in ordinary life. Keep the scope manageable, use plain language and note any sources or potential conflicts relevant to the proposal.
